I can see how you would want to get this report, @KayS5.
In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), we actually have a variety of Timesheet reports. In your case, we can run either the Time by Job Detail or Billed/ Unbilled Hours by Person and Job reports. However, the Job item won't be showing as a column header, it'll display as a title to the designated employee. Also, these reports won't show the amount or cost. With this, I suggest manually calculating the number of billable hours multiplied by the cost per hour.
To run these reports:
- Go to the Reports menu and click on Report Center.
- In the search field, type Billed/ Unbilled Hours by Person and Job or Time by Job Detail.
- Double-click on the report to open.
- Click on Customize Report and select Filters.
- Select Billing Status and put a checkmark on Billed.
- Filter the report based on the information you want to view.
- When done, click on OK.
Additionally, customizing a report might be time consuming. That's why I've include this article that'll help in you memorizing customized report so you won't have to repeat the process over again: Memorize reports in QBDT.
