QB Online & QB payroll

I need to speak to someone higher up at QB Online Advanced and I do not know what to do. Someone who assured me they could help me when I asked to speak to a supervisor after wasting over an hour of my time swore they would be able to assist me. They created a bigger mess of the 1st mess that I had created by another QB rep. All I get is the run around when I call QB or chat with anyone and I am transferred to 5-10 different departments. I have been signed up for all different QB my CC has been charged for all of these QB accounts then they get canceled and now I was signed up for a QB that is not even comparable to what we was supposed to have. We are supposed to have QB Advanced. QB Payroll premium, and QB time is supposed to be included. My QB is so messed up I do not know where to even begin. I refuse to call another QB number and get transferred to different people who CAN NOT help me. I do not know what to do. I am about to close all of my QB accounts, payroll, and QB time accounts and use Foundation software.

QB Online & QB payroll

We are in a similar boat. We just finished our data migration yesterday and have been dead in the water so far trying to get basic functionality back. Overall this has been such an incredibly horrendous experience it makes me want to drop intuit everywhere and keep everyone I know from ever using any of their services ever again.
