Quickbooks and TSheets used to work well together...What is Intuit doing???

Last week we noticed that Intuit changed something so that TSheets now adds contractors to our employee tracking. There is no way to remove them! This used to be a feature and Intuit has taken it away.

Now we are having a MAJOR problem where we can't even export time to send invoices because the Quickbooks was registered under one admin, while TSheets was registered under a completely different email address since it was created before Intuit took it over. Tsheets is trying to add my name, but the email of the other admin when exporting. Plus it is now saying that the other admin does not have an employee account???There is no way that we can see to fix this. It has put our time tracking and invoicing to a halt.

Very disappointed that Intuit is changing things that worked fine before.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for help with your QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online integration. I know how important it is to get the time exported so you can invoice and do payroll.

With the recent evolution of QuickBooks Time, there are likely a few things that need to be configured on the back end of your account to export seamlessly.

I recommend reaching out to our QBO support team so they can help make sure that the admin logins sync and get you back to business.

The best way to reach our support team is to sign in to your account, select the Help icon on the top right, and then Contact Us at the bottom of the panel.
