QB Enterprise 2020 Payroll

When i change the employees direct deposit bank account information and send, I get response that the change has been sent but when go back and check the employees information the old direct deposit infor remains

Let’s close your QuickBooks payroll then reopen to refresh the account. Once done, let's update your payroll tax table to isolate this issue. To start, you can follow these easy steps:

 

1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software.

2. Go to the Employees menu.

3. Click Get Payroll Updates.

4. Select Download Entire Update checkbox.

5. Then click Download Latest Update.
