Quickbooks is giving me "oops, no trips found" when I try to import my google maps mileage. How should I proceed? Can I just send in my total mileage for the year?

Let me walk you through in importing your trip, bewitchedcleaner.

Let's import your trips through a private browser to get rid of the error. Also, we make sure that yore signed in to your google account where you want to download your Miles from. Then, we can follow the steps from this reference to successfully import your trips

Yes, you also have the option to manually enter your trips as a lump sum amount. We'll have to make sure that you have the copy of those trips as well.

Here's how:

  1. From the left panel, click Miles
  2. Select Add trip
  3. Enter the Date, Location, Distance, Trip purpose
  4. Click Save.

I'm here to help if you need anything else!
