Quickbooks Online Payroll export

Our Quickbooks Online Payroll is adding a record to the .iif file when exporting that does not have a NAME field.  This causes the Quickbooks Desktop to flag it as an error.   The line in the .iif is below.   I have opened 5 support cases and keep going round in circles with them with no resolution as to why this line is being added to the .iif with no name.   Don't see this account in the export settings.

ACCNT           OCLIAB Payee Account - Company Contributions

It looks like the account record has a name to me, bold below:

ACCNT OCLIAB Payee Account - Company Contributions

I suspect the !ACCNT record that precedes that ACCNT record has three columns, the last being NAME.  Seems it should work when you import it. Do you get an error message? If so, what does it say?

Doesn't seem to be the case.   Contents of file leading up to error is below.

;-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
;*** YOUR IIF FILE COULDN'T BE IMPORTED ***
;Some of your records have errors.
;1. Search for the errors by typing "[ERROR]" to see only the failed records.
;2. Fix the errors and try to import the file again

!TRNS TRNSID DOCNUM TRNSTYPE DATE ACCNT AMOUNT MEMO TOPRINT NAME CLASS
!SPL SPLID DOCNUM TRNSTYPE DATE ACCNT AMOUNT MEMO CLASS

What you are calling the name is actually the DESC.  There should be NAME text between the ACCNT and OCLIAB.

Yes, that seems correct given the !ACCNT row in the file.

QuickBooks Online Payroll is a buggy mess. That's why.
