Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) and QuickBooks Online (QBO) are separate applications, which is the reason for their different interfaces. For the same reason, the migration process has limitations as well. What I can suggest is for you to visit our QuickBooks Apps Store. You can look for a third-party app that can move those contractor payments from IOP to QBO.
