Quickbooks Support (OR LACK THERE OF!)

Is there not something that can be done about Quickbooks Support?  I am completely over it with them!  Spending hours and hours trying to get an issue resolved and they can't seem to help!  Untrained people with no clue about QB Desktop or Online.  Of course when you ask to speak to a supervisor, they tell you one will call you back but they never do.  I cannot believe that software company with this many users can get away with having support this subpar!!!

We have the same problem on the QB Online side.

They only maintain this level of inept "support", because a majority of their customers won't leave and use another platform.  Trust me, if it were up to me, I would have switched a LONG time ago.

I agree!  We strongly discourage clients from QBO especially!!  Total nightmare!  It just seems so unreal that they can't do a better job with the support.  Our firm also uses Thomson Reuters Accounting CS and the support is so much better.  They all speak English as their first language and are so much more helpful!  If you ask to speak to a supervisor or someone else with more experience for your issue, they have no trouble letting you talk to someone else.

Smart move, keeping your clients away from QBO. Like I said, If I had it my way, we would have left QB/ Intuit a LONG time ago.

I'll look at moving to Thomson Reuters solution.  Thanks for the tip

Multi Monitor Supportt not supported by quickbooks.  Just about all other apps I use, MSteams, zoom, office 365, foxitpdf editor, brosers support multi monitor no matter what the scaling is.  Why can't Intuit quickbooks do the same?  I have brought this issue up in the past.  I hear nothing but crickets from intuit.  From my perspective Intuit is not listening to its users and producing a product based on user input.

We hear you, wcm1.

I understand how the workflow you're looking for is beneficial to your business. However, as of this moment, multi-monitor support is not yet supported in QuickBooks.
