I just got upgraded from intuit payroll to QuickBooks Online payroll now my quickbooks time account doesn't import the time from my employees time sheets anymore, there is no feature I can find to add the quickbooks time formerly tsheets, inside quickbooks time I go to manage add ons but it says its not connected, so now It would appear we have to manually enter time?

Thanks for checking in with the Community for help with integrating your QuickBooks Online Payroll with your Quickbooks time.
We definitely want you to be able to import your team’s time and not have to enter it manually. Our goal is to save you time, we can do that, no problem.
The first thing we’ll want to do is uninstall the integration of QuickBooks Time to your QBO. Here’s how:
To uninstall an add-on, in the QuickBooks Time left menu, go to Feature Add-ons, then Manage Add-ons, locate the add-on in the list, and select Uninstall.
Next, let’s get QuickBooks Time to reconnect to sync with your QBOP. Follow these steps:

Those options don’t show on my quickbooks for Mac desktop. And there are not those options on quickbooks payroll to sync. Do I need the more expensive plan to see those? And it seems the more expensive program is duplicated quickbooks time subscription combined with payroll?

That helps with our next course of action. We can get your QBT connected to your QBDT Mac so you don’t have to manually enter time. In order to do so, please contact our QuickBooks Time Support team, reference INV-00196, and they can get everything connected.
