Quickbooks Time Scheduling

My boss wants to use the schedule feature in Quickbooks Time. He started using it last week and when I went to process payroll everything was off. The payroll went to the scheduling period which is preset as Sunday-Saturday. I need it to match our pay period which is Monday-Sunday. When I tried to change this in QBT I got a notification that I could only change the week start day in Quickbooks.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Community for support.

QuickBooks Time will not export any week start dates or pay periods. That data is pulled in from QuickBooks Online. With that being said, let's take a look into your QuickBooks Online settings and run an import into QuickBooks Time.

Also, here's another way that you can change your pay schedule:

From the schedule in QuickBooks Time, click on the settings button in the top right.
