As of now, there's an investigation where some users are unable to access the 1099 Prepare page in their QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Rest assured, our engineering team is all hands to fix this.
Once the issue is resolved, you'll be notified via email. To be notified, I suggest contacting our support team. From there, they'll add you to the list of affected users. Here's how to get in touch with them.
In your QBO:
- Go to the (?) Help menu.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter 1099 and click Let's talk.
- Choose your preferred to get in touch with them (Start messaging or Get a callback).
