Can I can get some help costumer complain about not getting a option to pay

If you have a QuickBooks Payments subscription, we can pay them directly via email section, Lottusflowerland.

If you have one, here's how to turn on the Online Invoice Payments in your Account and Settings.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon, and press the Account and Settings.
  2. Choose the Sales tab.
  3. Find Invoice payments, then select Edit.
  4. Pick the payment method/s your customers will use. You can also put payment instructions to show on your invoices.
  5. Select Save, then select Done.

We can also turn on the option within the invoice section. Please refer to the screenshot below:

  1. Create an invoice.
  2. Enter the Customer's name.
  3. Go to manage and go to the Payment option.
  4. Turn on the payment method.
  5. Input other details like the date, items and press the Review and Send

After that, your customers will receive an email to pay the invoice directly by clicking the Review and Pay.

Additionally, when your customers encounter issues with the invoice you've sent to them, suggest your clients to clear their browser's cache or use other Intuit's supported browsers.

I'll add this page to give an idea regarding resolving the online payment issue on invoices: What to do if your customers can't pay their invoices online.

In addition, please visit this helpful resource that you can access to learn more details about QuickBooks Payments: QuickBooks Payments FAQ.

I'm always ready to provide additional assistance if you have any other concerns about invoice payments on your QBO account. Feel free to post again here. Keep safe.
