Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you run the payroll report you need in QuickBooks Online.
I recommend you use the Vacation and Sick Leave report to show the hours used, as well as the dates. You'll have the ability to click the amounts showing under the Current Sick Available column and view when employee sick time got deducted (see screenshots below).
Since there's no direct way to show the data you need on a single page, you can export them to Excel. This way, you can merge the information manually into one file.

Also, please know that the Custom reports tab in the Online version shows all your memorized reports. This section makes it easier for users to view reports that they frequently use.
