How can i crate a quickbooks online file ?

What kind of file format do they need? QB Desktop file or else?

You can give someone an access to your QBO account as accountant if required.

You can export the reports and lists to Excel, yunus.

This helps you acquire and send the data you need within the system. I'll gladly show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Export Data.
3. You'll be asked why you're exporting. Choose an answer, then click Continue.
4. Select the correct date range.
5. In the Export Data window, choose which reports and lists you want to export.
6. Once done, choose Export to Excel.
   

Exported reports and lists will include all the posting transactions. If you want to export the non-posting information, I'd suggest checking out this article to learn how: Export Reports, Lists, and other Data from QuickBooks Online.

If you'd like to send your data to your accountant, you can give them access to your file instead. For the detailed steps, please see this article: Add or Remove your Accountant in QuickBooks Online.
