Exported reports and lists will include all the posting transactions. If you want to export the non-posting information, I'd suggest checking out this article to learn how: Export Reports, Lists, and other Data from QuickBooks Online.
If you'd like to send your data to your accountant, you can give them access to your file instead. For the detailed steps, please see this article: Add or Remove your Accountant in QuickBooks Online.
