You can use the QuickBooks Online Timesheet to enter the employee hours and jobs @rosiefitzcon11.
Let's create project first to tracks your jobs in QBO.
Here's how:
- Go to the Projects menu, and click New project.
- Fill in the information, then select Save.
Once done, you can create now the Timesheet for the employee.
Let's simply follow these steps:
- Select the New menu.
- Under the EMPLOYEES tab, click Weekly Timesheet.
- On the upper left hand of the page, select the employee using the drop-down list.
- Under the DETAILS section, select the project.
- Tick the box for the Billable (/hr), then enter the amount.
- Below the day section, enter the hours of the employee.
- Click Save and New.
