How do i see year to date wages for employees

You can run a report to see the year-to-date wages for your employees, @k9dusty01.

There are lots of reports available in QuickBooks Online that can help you generate the information that you need. I recommend checking out the payroll summary by employee report to show the YTD wages. It will show a complete report of wages, deductions, and tax info, totaled by employee or period.

I can show you how to run this report:

1. Go to the Reports menu and look for Payroll Summary by Employee.
2. Set a date range from the dropdown.
3. Select a single employee or group of employees.
4. Choose how you’d like your columns to be viewed.
5. Check the corresponding boxes if you’d like total Hours or Rates to be shown.
6. Click on Run Report.
