How to pay and efile payroll taxes using my qb online software ?

Hi there, @andy.akprogressc.

 

Let me share with you the steps on how you can pay and electronically file your taxes in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll.

 

Before we start, you need to sign up first for e-services. This way, you'll be enrolled in the QBO Payroll service. It should just take a few minutes to complete, and then we’ll notify you once you are active.

 

Once you’ve signed up, you need to confirm what taxes you need to file and pay for. You’ll receive a few reminders that you’ll see on your Pay Taxes page. 

 

Then, you can follow these steps to pay your taxes: 

 

  1. Go to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
  2. Click Pay Taxes.PAY.PNG
  3. Select Create payment on the tax you want to pay and click E-pay.
  4. Choose Earliest, then select Approve.
  5. An e-payment confirmation window appears, click Done.

 

Now that you’ve paid for your taxes, you can now file your forms. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
  2. Click Quarterly forms or Annual forms.FILE TAX.PNG
  3. Choose the form you want to file.
  4. Review the form to verify the info, and Submit when you're ready.

 

In addition, you can run several payroll reports in QuickBooks Online Payroll. This will help you view useful information about your business and employees.
