I can't delete/void an old paycheck that was never cashed. When I select the check, that isn't an option

I can share some information about deleting old paychecks, ricktancreto.

You can delete or void an old paycheck as long as it belongs to the current quarter.  If the paycheck linked from the prior quarter, then the option to remove it is unavailable.

Since you can't delete the transaction, it would be best to contact our Payroll Support Team to help you with this one.

Here's how:

1. Click Help on the top menu.
2. Hit Contact Us.
3. Enter delete or void old paycheck in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Tick Let's talk.
5. Choose Get a callback, Start a chat, or Get the number to connect with us.
