Let me help you in filing the 940 and 941 forms.
Please take note that creating Form 940 and Form 941 for payroll taxes is still possible using Business View. Moreover, it's worth mentioning that you can easily switch from Business View to Accountant View as well.

To successfully create Form 940 and 941, please follow the steps below:
- In the left menu, choose Taxes.
- Select Payroll tax.
- Click Payments.
- From there, you'll see a list of taxes due now under Action Needed.
- Choose Pay on the tax you want to pay.
- Follow the onscreen steps.
