You can access your QBO account in an incognito or private window for testing. Here are the key shortcuts below for quick navigation:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N

- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once signed in, check if you’re able to run payroll. If yes, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also utilize other supported browsers as an alternative.
