It's possible those checks aren't cleared from your bank, and that's why they aren't posted yet. You can contact your financial institution so they can trace the movement of the money.
Once cleared from your bank, you can go to your Banking page in QuickBooks. Then, manually click the Update button to download the latest transactions.
