I fill out the new employee information but I did not have one piece Now I cannot find what I had done. Where is it?

The last time this happened I started over and this created 2 employees so I do not want to do that again.  Where is the information that I filled out?

Thanks for dropping by here in the Community space, Carol. Let me provide information about adding new employees.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll when adding a new employee, you can view and manage the employee's information by accessing the employee profile. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Payroll tab and select Employees.
  3. Locate the specific employee by utilizing the Search tab.
  4. Click their name to see their profile.
  5. If you want to make changes to their information, you can click Edit.

For Standalone Payroll, here's how to access and manage your employee profile:

  1. Sign in to your Payroll Standalone account.
  2. Go to the Payroll tab and select Employees.
  3. Select the specific employee.
  4. Click Edit if you want to make changes to their information.

Additionally, you can enable employee details to see their information in the Employees section.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Payroll tab and select Employees.
  2. Click the small Gear icon beside the Add an Employee option.
  3. Put a checkmark on the employee details that you would like to display.

I've also attached a screenshot for reference:
