I have an employee that just legally changed their name how do i edit the name in quick books

Welcome to the Community, LM. Let me guide you in changing your employee name in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can modify your employee name on the Customer profile page. To do so, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to Payroll, then select Employee.

2. Find the employee you want to configure, then double-click on their name.

3. On the Personal info section, click the blued word Edit.

4. You'll be then taken to the Add personal info page, where you can change your employee name.

5. Once done, hit Save.
