Hi there, treasurer. Let's work together to update the employee's Payroll Wage Expense account.
We can go to the Payroll Settings page and change the mapping of the Wage expense account. I'll show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose the Payroll setting.
- Scroll down to the Accounting section. Then, click the pencil icon to expand the page.
- Select the pencil icon beside Wage expenses.
- Review and correct the account for each employee.
- Hit Save, then Done.
