Please follow the steps below to change the date for your first payday:
- Go to Payroll, then click Employee.
- Choose the employee you want to change the pay date.
- Under Profile, navigate to the Employment details section and click Edit.
- Beside the Pay schedule dropdown, click the Pencil icon to change the date.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.
Moreover, if you already processed the payroll, you'll need to delete and recreate the paycheck.
Additionally, you can run a payroll report to get a closer look at your business finances.
