When I processed Payroll today, employees did not receive an email with their paystub, Can you help me?

We understand that you may be experiencing some issues with your employees receiving their paystubs through email, @eliteuniforms208

 

 In this case, we suggest that you consider allowing your employees to check your spam and junk folders, as these folders sometimes filter emails from unknown senders or with certain keywords and send them directly to these folders. Your employees may find the paystubs there.

 

At QuickBooks, we prioritize the security of your account and the authenticity of emails. We offer various services that improve your experience on our platform, and each service has its email address. 

 

To ensure that you receive important communications from our services, it is recommended that you unblock or add these service-related email addresses to your safe sender list.

You can also be assured that emails from QuickBooks always use the same email address as the one QuickBooks provides. This confirms that the email is from us and is legitimate. 

 

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Workforce Support team, as they can help you with how this is to be resolved.
