workforce invite sent to bad email address

A new employee gave me wrong email address  so he didn't get the initial invite to workforce, I corrected the email address in his profile, but when i try to resend invite it shows the bad email address.

I need to resend the invitation with the correct email address.

Thanks,

LDO

workforce invite sent to bad email address

Even after correcting the email address, the system may still associate the pending invite with the old email address, LDO.

Since the new email isn't recognized when resending the invite, log out of your QuickBooks account and log back in. This can refresh the system and ensure it reflects the profile changes.

Next, you'll need to revoke the previously sent invitation associated with the incorrect email:

  1. Choose your employee.
  2. Select the Permissions tab.
  3. Click the Edit dropdown, then choose Cancel Invite.

  4. From the Access status, select Send invite.

  5. Enter the employee's correct or new email address in the box, then click Send invite.
  6. Select Done.

Once done, inform your employee that you've resent the invitation and remind them to check their inbox, including spam or junk folders.

If your employee needs to update their email, phone number, or password after creating a Workforce account, they can follow the steps provided.
