In the attached report is a list of payroll expenses associated with one of my customer accounts.
You will see that my hourly employee costs are recorded throughout the year.
You will see ( bottom of page 3) that my salary employee costs stop recording after August 2nd, 2024.
Something broke with QBO and Payroll after August 2nd, such that salaried employees payroll is no longer broken out by client account according to the proportion of hours they booked to each client account. Before that date, it worked perfectly, even accounting for payroll taxes!
Please Intuit and Quickbooks Online and Payroll teams...

Accurate cost accounting is fundamental, @endertek. I hear you, and it is indeed concerning that salaried employees' payroll expenses aren't correctly allocated to customer accounts that were working five months ago in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I've read your previous post about this and understand you contacted our Live Payroll Support team. I contacted Live Payroll Support on November 20th, and STILL NO ACTION!!!
Surely you understand it is a huge waste of my time to be following up with QBO support... YOU SHOULD BE FOLLOWING UP WITH ME!
Also, it is quite unacceptable that this CORE FUNCTION IS NOT WORKING FOR OVER 5 MONTHS NOW!
