Save button does not work in Employees area

Save button does not work in Employees area

I'll help you fix this so that you'll be able to change your employee's display name in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @waipiovalleyartw.

 

First, let's go ahead and enter your employee's details and make sure no field is left blank, then click on Save.

If the button works, let's go back to the regular browser and begin to clear the cache to refresh and delete corrupted cache data that causes the software's unexpected behavior.
