Should payroll have been submitted on Tuesday since today's payday is the day after a holiday? I submitted ours on Wednesday and our employees have not been paid today.

Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this! The impact is due to the payroll being processed after 5 PM on 10/11, followed by a US Bank holiday, causing a delay in payroll processing.  We look forward to providing you with an update and getting this worked out for all of our customers. Will our employees receive their direct deposit today?

Thanks for joining in on this thread and reaching out about your payroll issue. 

Here's what our engineers are saying at this time as an update: 

"Due to the bank holiday, Veteran's Day, direct deposit payroll submitted after 5 pm, Wednesday, Nov. 10th, is being processed Friday, Nov 12th, the next business day. Employees of same-day direct deposit customers should be paid by close of business Friday, Nov. 12th. Employees of next-day direct deposit customers should be paid by close of business Monday, Nov. 15th."
