We should be able to pay state unemployment taxes electronically. I've checked on our records and haven't found similar cases or ongoing investigations about not being able to pay GA state unemployment. To narrow down the cause of this unexpected behavior, you can try processing payment using a private browser. Sometimes, the regular browser tends to hold onto information, and over time it could cause problems while working with QuickBooks.
To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If that works fine from there, go back to the original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Also, using other supported browsers can help us narrow the cause of this behavior.
