In this case, you may temporarily cancel your payroll subscription if you no longer need to process paychecks, quarterly or annual forms.
To cancel your payroll service, here's how:
- Click the Gear Icon.
- Go to Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription.
- To the right if Payroll, select Cancel Service.
- Complete the short survey and select Cancel Payroll Service.

Once you decided to activate your payroll subscription, I recommend calling our QuickBook Online Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and assist you further in activating your payroll service.
