Terrible customer serivce

I signed up for Quickbooks a few weeks ago and today I ran my first test payroll, and when it’s the end of a workday here, after 7 hours after I submitted my payroll, I’m getting an “Urgent Issue” email telling that all my direct deposit paychecks are canceled.

That’s very frustrating because I rely on you guys for my workers to get a paycheck tomorrow, and now I’m seeing that I need to send something to my bank, and then to you, and can’t do anything about that, when I connected my bank account, confirmed my identity and signed the tax documents, and did everything else about a week ago - and you have some problems with my information now,  day before a pay date, how nice...

Also, your “Urgent Issue” email got into my spam folder - imagine my employees waiting for a paycheck tomorrow and not getting anything, and blaming me for that? You guys have a terrible customer service.

Greetings, @terrao.

This isn't the impression I want to leave you with. I'm determined to help you get the support you need so you can pay your employees.

One of the reasons why you're receiving the "Urgent Issue" email, is because your account could be on hold due to this being your first time running payroll. For that being said, I recommend contacting our Support Team so they can detect what's causing this issue. They have more advanced tools to review your account to help get you back to business.

1. Go to Help.

2. Select Contact Us.

3. Give a brief message about your issue, then press Let's Talk.

4. Scroll down and choose to Get a Callback.

In the meantime, you can look into this link about urgent issues in Payroll.

I value you and the success of your business. Should you need any further information, please don't hesitate to ask. Have a great evening.
