Terrible Customer Service Experience for Assisted Payroll, YTDs, W2s, RT-6, tax forms, etc.

In September 2021 we switched accounting systems. We moved to QuickBooks Desktop and added Assisted Payroll. The quarterly reports have not been filed in a timely manner, we are getting delinquency notices for our RT-6 forms for Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 of 2021 and the W2s for ALL of our employees are wrong as they are not taking into account the deductions for the pension contributions (Box 12). All the problems seem to be tied to "onboarding" or that is what every new agent says. We have been trying to get ahold of someone who could help us with this situation, amend the YTDs, the W2s and file the corresponding reports in a timely manner, but it seems impossible. We have called dozens of times, every new agent assigns us a new case number each time, our case(s) are "escalated" and still nobody responds. We are a government agency and need to keep our documentation timely for audit purposes and QuickBooks and Intuit are just making this task impossible. Needless to say that it is February 11th and our personnel are still waiting for their amended W2s.

 

Is there any way we can have someone help us in this situation? Is the solution just to move to a different, more professional and customer focused accounting software?
