To Do List - Action Required notices

I have added Paycycle as an authorized external reporting service on my UI employers website. The taxes have been paid from my account by the due dates, for 2022 q1 and q2. How do I avoid continuing to receive an "Action Required" notice on my QBO "To Do List" each quarter?

You're in the right place to ask for help, James Garol.

The "To Do List" feature is designed to remind users the different task that needs to be complete to ensure data and reports are accurate in QuickBooks.

If taxes were paid and settled outside QuickBooks, you'll still need to complete the tasks in QuickBooks just for record keeping purposes.

For custom tasks, the task owner just needs to follow whatever steps you put in the note. When they finish the task, select the vertical ellipses (three dots) and then Mark as complete. This should not send any type of notification to your customer.

Hello Need help here!

I keep getting a message sayig Action Required to Keep Payroll

I click on the ( Review Changes) and its just a info screen of our account.. it doesnt ask me to Review and Accept any new Terms and Conditions like it says on the error message.

please help if possible thanks!

Let's try using a private browser or incognito window to help eliminate any errors or glitches that may be occurring in the system. Here's how depending on your browser session:

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, try another supported browser.
