Unable to create 941 form from Quickbooks Online Payroll

Hello:

I'm new to QB and using QB Online Payroll. I have set it up and I'm able to correctly see the Report>Payroll>Payroll Detail Report for the first quarter.

Now to generate the 941 forms, I go to Taxes, Payroll Tax, Forms. But there I can not see any form.

Instead, I see the image shown below:

Then when I click Finish payroll set uplink, I land in the Payroll setup page that shows this

If I click let's go I get

What I'm doing wrong?

What is the best way to get help and fix this issue so I can get my 941form?

Hello, ssmb.

After reviewing your photos, I believe your best course of action would be to try troubleshooting a few steps. Follow along below.

Download and Use Google Chrome

Google Chrome is the more proficient browser for QuickBooks Online, others such as Firefox, Internet explorer and Microsoft Edge, work but they arent as streamlined. Here is a link to download Chrome if you haven't already.

Browse in an incognito tab

Sometimes, using an incognito tab will work as incognito tabs don't store cache or cookies. Here is a link on how to access incognito tabs if you aren't sure.

Clear Cache and Cookies

Last but not least is clearing your cache and cookies, this step will wipe any stored data such as browser history. Follow the steps here, if you aren't sure how to do this.

Once there steps are completed you should be able to generate your 941 forms.
