How do I connect existing plan to Allstate when there is not a prompt under the benefits tab to do so?

I want to assist you here promptly. However, may I ask what you can see on your device when you're under the benefits tab? This way, we can give you the necessary resolution you need.

Similar issue. I select "Finish connecting plan" from the Benefits tab and a blank pop-up appears (see attached image). Yes, I've cleared cache, cookies, and tried several different browsers and machines. I called support and the resolution was to submit all my information to [email address removed] (which seemed a little sketchy).
