Updating the Principal officer information to change my bank information

Hello.  I need to update my banking information for Quickbooks online payroll.  However, the phone number under my Principal Officer is an old landline number that I do not have access to anymore.  So when I try to update the banking information it tries to confirm by calling the old number.  I have called Quickbooks several times and nobody can help.  Please Help!  Thanks

My phone number is the correct number everywhere else in Quickbooks, just not under the Principal Officer area.

I know this hasn't been an easy process for you, cbayer. Let me make it up to you by ensuring this gets sorted.

I understand you've contacted our support team, but I would still recommend reaching out to them again. They have full access to your account and can assist you in changing the Principal Officer.

Here's how to contact our support:

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your concern in the Type something field, then click the send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human tab.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. You can either select the Chat with us or Have us call you option.

I appreciate your understanding on this matter. Please know that I'm determined to get this resolved.

Updating the Principal officer information to change my bank information

After nearly two weeks of extensive customer service calls with QuickBooks, I finally received a call from a manager who claimed to have a solution. However, after more time on hold, another representative, Chris, engaged in prolonged small talk before informing me that resolving my issue would require purchasing a new online payroll and their advanced online package, costing more the double per month. When I objected, Chris questioned whether I wanted to restore normalcy to my business.

This is what QuickBooks has become.
