Let's make sure you'll be able to correct the vacation accrual issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll and ensure that your employee's available balance accurately reflects their entitlement, Nancy.
If an employee has already accrued more than the maximum limit, we can manually adjust their vacation balance to correct it. This can be done by editing their profile and changing the available hours to the maximum limit.
Go to the employee’s profile and make adjustments. Here, you can reduce the vacation balance by entering a negative amount equal to the excess accrued hours (in this case, 41.43 hours)
