I’m happy to help you to verify the W2s. You’ll need to contact the Support Team.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
  3. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? Field and choose Continue
  4. Pick Get a callback.
  5. Enter your contact information.
  6. Select Call me.

W-2s don't look like they transmitted. Is there a way to verify?

Yes, in the payroll center on the forms tab there is a table that shows your form submissions with a status.  What is the status there?  If something like Submitted, then they're sent.
