Join nowWhen I open QBO and click on Advanced Payroll settings, and click on ROE authorization, I simply get the message:
Something went wrong...
And nothing else happens.
I need to submit my employee's ROE immediately but have been unable to. It has been created, and although the ROE authorization was complete (I received the confirmation letter from Service Canada) it still says 'manual' ROE under the employee options.
Please help me:
1. Confirm the ROE is completed and sent to Service Canada electronically
2. Print a copy of the ROE for my employee
