If you're receiving a Security info needed message, this is a known error which means your bank or financial institution requires more information after you've entered the account's credentials. It could mean there's security questions that need to be answered, or that there's a one-time passcode required.
 

In the event it mentions security questions, enter each of your answers. You may see this message again next time you update if the account has multiple security questions. As you enter your answers, QuickBooks will remember them and auto-answer for you moving forward. In the event you don't see a security question pop-up, I'd recommend using another browser or disabling your browser's pop-up blocker, then trying again.
 

If you're being asked for a one-time passcode, obtain it, then enter it each time you encounter error 185.
