We have had quickbooks for a long time and there has been much turnover in our small non-profit. How do we find out who is our current company admin? (Their name.)

I'll be able to help you locate the current company admin (Master admin), kathryn.r.elliot.

Here's how:

At the upper-right corner, click the Gear icon.

Then choose Manage Users. 

On that page, you'll see the NAME and STATUS of the Master admin.

Although I am a user and have my own log-in to the software, I do not have access to that function.  (It is greyed out) Does only the administrator have access to that?

Allow me to share information about user types and permissions in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, only the Master Administrator and Company administrator have full access to the company file. If you want to gain access to the Manage Users page, I suggest contacting the company administrator to change your user rights.
