We ran payroll yesterday at 8:00 AM and employees didn't receive direct deposit today. This hasn't happened to us before. Did it happen to anyone else?

I think it happened to everyone who had a payroll today.  I'm absolutely freaking out since there is no way to get in touch with Quickbooks at this point nor are they issuing any kind of updates on the problem.  We have a lot of employees so to do paper checks for all of them is going to take awhile.  Absolutely inexcusable that we have heard nothing!

Phone lines are now open. We temporarily suspended calls to prevent long hold times as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue. 

 

 

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
