I found an investigation for users that have QuickBooks Online Full Service Payroll that describes your issue. It has been resolved recently, so I'm going to first have you do some browser troubleshooting.
- Clear cache in your browser.
- Log in to your account in an Incognito/Private Window and try to run payroll.
- Log in to your account in a completely different browser.
If you do those troubleshooting steps and still get the same error, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. They can take a closer look at your account and see why you're having this issue. Here's how:
- Click Help in the upper right-hand corner of QBO.
- Click Talk to a human, then type in Talk to a human.
- Select I still need a human.
- Click Contact Us.
- Select Get a callback.
