What Account should I use for employees absence deduction?

What Account should I use for employees absence deduction? 

 

example: Employee fixed salary is 3,000 monthly. And he was absent for 3 days for which company has decided 300 deduction (100 per day). 

 

How to post a journal entry? If someone has not subscribed for payroll.

What Account should I use for employees absence deduction?

I suggest posting the deduction to the same account as the gross wages. It is helpful to have the Gross Wages Account/s total the same as the W-2.

 

Journal Entry is +NEW, Other, Journal entry.
