What am I missing? Adding employees and self setup works for all but two, which read, "To pay xxxx, you need to enter some missing information." What is missing?

I can't find anything missing from what they entered in Workforce. We set all employees up the same way with direct deposit and it worked fine for three of them, but two keep getting that error message. Thank you for any help!

If the self-setup feature is enabled in the workforce system, it allows employees to complete their own information within their profile. In this case, if certain employees are encountering a "missing info" prompt, they can follow these steps to check and complete the necessary details:

 

To get started, the employee needs to log in to the workforce system using their credentials. Once logged in, they should navigate to their profile within the system. In their profile, they can check if the self-setup process has been completed. If not, they can select Employee self-set up to identify what's missing. Then, they should review the prompts to identify the missing information and enter the required details, such as personal information, tax withholding details, direct deposit setup, or any other relevant data.

 

Additionally, the program allows you to run reports to easily track your payroll information, business finances, and employee details: Run payroll reports.
