They are very confident about it. Consider switching to QB Desktop with a one time license or another accounting app with a lower fee.

It is a lot of money for a person who is on a fixed income. I am concerned I won't be able to afford such an increase.

You say consider switching to the desk top version for a one-time license well that one time license is only good for one year and you have to renew that as well at least that is what they told me.
