WHAT IF THE WORK FORCE INVITE EXPIRES? HOW DO I SEND A NEW OR DIFFERENT INVITE TO THE SAME EMPLOYEE?

When the invitation link has expired, we can send a reminder to the employee's email address, crys1stoner1.

 

Your employee will receive a new invitation link to set up and access QuickBooks Workforce. Once they log in, they can add their personal information (if this option is enabled) and view their pay stubs and W-2s.

 

How to resend a reminder:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account at https://qbo.intuit.com/.
  2. From the Dashboard, click All Apps in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select Payroll, then go to Employees.
  4. Open the employee's profile.
  5. Next to Pay and tax docs, click Send Reminder.
  6. Verify the employee’s email address and select Send Reminder. The employee will receive a new invitation link.
