The cutoff times for QuickBooks payroll submissions depend on your lead time and are based on Pacific Time (PT), tom267.
To convert the Pacific Time (PT) cutoff to Central Standard Time (CST), simply add two hours to the PT time.
For example:
- For same-day lead time- If the payday is Friday, submit payroll by Friday before 9:00 AM CST (which is 7:00 AM PT).
- For a 5-day lead time- If the payday is Friday, submit payroll by the previous Friday before 7:00 PM CST (which is 5:00 PM PT).
